Eating in. Inspired by eating out. Welcome to Restaurant for Two! This blog is all about cooking at home and paying tribute to our amazing restaurant culture in the UK. When restaurants, bars and cafes all closed during lockdown I wanted to keep the spirit of them alive at home. Every day for 100 days I cooked a different dish, inspired by a different restaurant. I didn't have the right equipment, all the ingredients or half of the knowledge - but it was so much fun that I'm going to keep going! As we adjust to a new normal I'm going to carry on being inspired by restaurants. Hopefully you will not only discover something new to cook, but somewhere new to eat out as well.
